These Terms of Use govern access to facilita.tools, including the tool catalog, authenticated areas, institutional pages and related features connected to the site. By continuing to browse or use any functionality, you agree to these rules.

1. Service use

facilita.tools provides utility tools, editorial pages and complementary resources for practical tasks, study, development, operations and productivity. The service may change over time, including the addition, revision, limitation or removal of features.

2. Availability and operation

Tools are provided on an as-is basis, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. A significant part of the catalog runs locally in the browser, while some pages depend on internal services or external data sources.

3. Expected conduct

You must not use the platform for fraud, abusive automation, rights violations, improper data collection, malicious reverse engineering, unauthorized bulk submission, deliberate overload or any unlawful purpose. facilita.tools may restrict access whenever it identifies technical risk, abusive behavior or a breach of these terms.

4. Results and responsibility

When a feature uses public data, official tables or third-party sources, facilita.tools acts as an access, organization or processing layer. We do not guarantee permanent availability, zero delay or absolute completeness of those external sources.

6. Accounts, API and paid plans

7. Intellectual property

The facilita.tools brand, design system, editorial content, proprietary code, catalog organization and other distinctive elements remain protected under applicable law. Public algorithms and standards referenced by certain tools do not grant any broad license over the rest of the platform.

8. Limitation and updates

To the maximum extent permitted by law, facilita.tools is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, temporary unavailability, decisions made from tool outputs or damages arising from improper use of the platform. These terms may be updated to reflect product, security, compliance and operational changes.
