Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how facilita.tools handles personal data and operational data when you use the site, create an account or contact the team. The main legal reference is Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018).

1. Scope

This policy applies to the tool catalog, institutional pages, authenticated account area, contact flows and related services inside the facilita.tools ecosystem. When a tool runs locally in the browser, that browser-side execution is also part of the context covered here.

2. Data we process

Browser-run tools: many utilities process submitted content locally on your device. In those cases, facilita.tools does not need to receive the payload just to deliver the result.

Account and authentication: when registration exists, we may process name, email address, technical session identifiers and protected credentials required for authentication, security and account management.

Contact and support: when you send a message, we process the name, email address, subject line and message content needed to respond, keep support history and prevent abuse.

Measurement and security: we may also process technical data, aggregated metrics, operational logs and anti-abuse signals to keep the service available, diagnose failures and improve performance and content.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data may be processed for contract performance or pre-contract steps related to your account, support handling, legal compliance, exercise of rights, platform protection and legitimate interest in security, abuse prevention and operational improvement. When required, processing may also rely on consent.

4. Sharing and retention

facilita.tools does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with operators and infrastructure providers involved in hosting, authentication, observability, billing or communication, always within what is necessary to deliver the service. Data is retained for a period compatible with its purpose, applicable law and security or audit needs.

5. Security

We use HTTPS, credential hashing, access controls, monitoring and security headers at the application layer. No measure is absolute, but the project is designed to reduce improper exposure, automated abuse and unauthorized access.

6. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability and information about data sharing, subject to applicable legal and technical limits. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact contato@facilita.tools.

7. Cookies and preferences

The site may use cookies and similar storage for authentication, language, theme, session stability and essential functionality. Measurement and security layers, when enabled, are configured to reduce identifiable collection and support diagnostics and platform protection.
